Aditi Sharma domestic violence complaint: TV actress Aditi Sharma, who is known to star in TV series such as Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udaan, Rabb Se Hai Dua and Kaleerein, has lodged a complaint about domestic violence on her husband, Abhineet Vidyanand Kaushik, and his family members.
As per news reports, an FIR has been lodged in Goregaon police station in Mumbai. Aditi has complained that she is facing physical and mental harassment, verbal abuse, and problems relating to her wedding ornaments or stridhan, from her husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law.
An investigation into the matter has reportedly been initiated by the police. As of now, no reaction from the accused in the new FIR has come into light.
FIR Registered Against Aditi Sharma’s Husband and In-Laws
It is another twist in the ongoing saga between Aditi Sharma and Abhineet Kaushik.
As per reports, the FIR involves Aditi’s husband Abhineet Vidyanand Kaushik, his mother Urmila Kaushik, and his sister Kirti Kaushik.
In her complaint, Aditi has stated that she was subjected to physical and mental torture after her marriage and that she had been assaulted and verbally abused. There are also allegations about her character being questioned and misuse of her stridhan.
Police are investigating the complaints made by her in the complaint.

It has been reported that Aditi claimed that jewelry, which included gold chains, gold rings, diamond ring, mangalsutra, and gold bangles, were taken away by her in-laws.
Moreover, she also said that jewelry was never returned even after her repeated demands.
In addition, the actress has accused her mother-in-law and sister-in-law of taking sides with her husband in marital disputes rather than resolving the issues.

An FIR has been lodged on the basis of a complaint made by Aditi Sharma and an investigation is currently being conducted into the matter.
According to The Times of India, the case has some clauses of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) which include charges such as cruelty, breach of trust, insult, and common intention.
