Sam Neill Dies: The world renowned actor who played the role of Dr. Alan Grant in the movie series Jurassic Park named Sam Neill has died at the age of 78 years. The family of Sam Neill disclosed that the great actor died on Monday in Sydney, Australia ending a career which spanned over five decades.
As per the family members of Sam Neill, he passed away peacefully in the presence of his loved ones. They further said that his death was sudden and unexpected but he stayed free from cancer after battling a rare type of blood cancer.

Sam Neill was among the most talented actors of his generation. Even though he acted in over 150 films and TV series, he is fondly remembered by many people as Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park movie series.
He gained recognition in Hollywood through his acting in this film. Later he reprised his role in movies like Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World: Dominion.
